Editorial and Trust Policy
Editorial policy
e-Invoice.app publishes compliance information on global e-invoicing mandates. Every country record is compiled from official tax authority publications, gazetted legislation, and accredited standards bodies. Where a mandate is contested or ambiguous, we record the ambiguity rather than present a single interpretation. Every country page shows the date it was last updated.
We write in UK English. We separate editorial content from sponsor placements. Sponsor units appear in clearly labelled sections and never inside FAQ answers, country data, compliance model descriptions, or glossary entries.
Primary sources
We draw country data from primary regulatory sources. Representative examples include EUR-Lex, Saudi Arabia ZATCA, UAE Ministry of Finance, GSTN India, OpenPeppol, Germany Federal Ministry of Finance, Direction Générale des Finances Publiques, Polish Ministry of Finance, and LHDN Malaysia. Each country page lists the specific sources we used for that country.
Update cadence
Country pages are reviewed continuously and republished whenever a source changes. The news feed updates as mandates are announced or amended. Each country page shows its last updated date. A visible changelog for each country is available on the news page.
Correction policy
If you spot an error on a country page, use the country discussion thread or email corrections to corrections@e-invoice.app. We respond to substantive corrections within two working days and publish the change date on the affected country page.
Sponsorship disclosure
e-Invoice.app carries sponsor placements from vendors that serve the e-invoicing market. Sponsor content is labelled in the user interface and separated from editorial content. Outbound sponsor links use the rel="sponsored" attribute where applicable. Sponsor relationships do not influence mandate status, country ratings, or editorial content.
Data licence
