Bangladesh is phasing in e-invoicing under a real-time reporting model run by the National Board of Revenue. Since July 2019, NBR-approved VAT software and Sales Data Controllers have applied to B2B and B2G VAT-registered taxpayers, with retail B2C under the SDC and Electronic Fiscal Device regime from August 2020.
