General Resolution DNIT No. 52/2026 designates groups 19 to 24 as mandatory SIFEN e-invoice issuers, with staged start dates of 1 June 2026 (group 19), 1 September 2026 (group 20), 1 December 2026 (group 21), 2 March 2027 (group 22), 1 June 2027 (group 23) and 1 September 2027 (group 24).
