Fitek is an Estonian company specialising in digitising and automating procure-to-pay processes, offering digital purchase-invoice management that automates approval workflows and integrates with ERP systems across Europe. Previously part of Unifiedpost/Banqup, Fitek OU re-acquired Banqup Group's three Baltic operating companies (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) in a deal worth about EUR 9.5 million that completed on 16 March 2026, also becoming an authorised reseller of Banqup's digital products in the region.
