Norway pulling the e-invoice deadline forward to January 2027 is faster than I expected, the original consultation paper had 2028. The EHF format is well established within Norway and via the Peppol network so that is not a stretch, but the 2030 digital bookkeeping requirement is the more interesting half of this. That goes well beyond e-invoicing, it touches the whole accounting record format.
