Croatia data needs a few changes:

1. B2B → mandatory,
2. Add B2C mandate – mandatory from Jan 1, 2026 (online payments reporting)
3. Add timeline: Sept 1, 2025 testing start; Jan 1, 2027 non-VAT e-invoicing
4. Include Peppol BIS + UBL 2.1, Peppol network, digital signatures, 11-year archiving
5. Add centralized Fiscalization System (all transactions reported)
