Ordinance sets the rules for electronic billing machines

Ministerial Ordinance No. 540/1457 of 29 September 2022 took effect on signature. Users must buy an approved electronic billing machine, give every customer an invoice generated by it and transmit invoicing data to the OBR in real time.
