Draft bill UD477 would start KSeF penalties on 1 January 2028

The draft reached the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers on 12 October 2026 and is not yet law, so penalties of up to 100% of the invoice VAT remain scheduled for 1 January 2027 until it is enacted.
